  • SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION: The following jobs need to be done either ongoing or at specific times. Because these are very specific and fairly easy to describe, we would like to have 1 or 2 members assume the responsibility for these jobs. If more than 1 person is a specific task, then the small team may coordinate their timeline and delegation of tasks among themselves.
  • SEWING PROJECT: (one time job) SWCDP will buy the fabric, thread, fasteners... We need to replace the yellow sashes marking the agility course fence. They were donated by a member several years ago and are very faded and worn out. Essentially, it is easy sewing by repetitive. Sash size is approximately xxx. We need xx of them.
  • GARDENING PROJECT: (ongoing) We have 6 areas that need upkeep. It would be great if we could get members to "adopt" one garden and help keep it weeded and in order. 1 or 2 people per garden wold be ideal.
  • SNOW and ICE PROJECT: (winter) SWCDP will provide paw-safe ice melt, snow shove and push broom. It would be great if we could get 3-4 members to form this team; they can either take turns or join together, as needs arise. Areas which need to be kept clear from snow/ice. a) SWCDP Front side walk, b) SWCDP Front pathway, including ramp, walkway and steps, c)Entry area just inside the front gate, d)enough clearance so that gates to Main and Alternate may swing open, e) patio in Alternate is optional - but it would be nice to have a safe place for member who are unsteady on their feet to hang out while their od exercises during snowy/icy weather
  • Will you take responsibility for any of the following jobs?
